Forget charcuterie boards. Our breadboards are loaded with smoked meats, fresh toppings, and house-made sauces — and they're meant to be shared.
Every restaurant has that one thing. The dish that people photograph before they eat it. The thing that shows up first when someone asks "what should I order?"
At Whitewater Rooftop Social, that thing is the breadboard.
What's a Breadboard?
Picture a wooden board loaded with freshly baked bread, layered with smoked meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, house-made sauces, and seasonal toppings. It's not a charcuterie board — it's heartier, messier, and designed to be torn apart by a table of friends who don't mind reaching across each other.
We call it a breadboard because the bread is the foundation. We bake our flatbread fresh and use it as the base for everything on top. It comes to the table warm, and that warmth is part of the experience.
How to Order One
Breadboards serve 2-4 people, depending on how hungry you are and whether you're also ordering entrees. Our recommendation? Start with a breadboard, split it with the table, and then decide if you want individual dishes.
Pro tip: pair it with our Rooftop Margarita or a cold beer. The combination of smoked meat, warm bread, and a cold drink on a rooftop patio is about as good as it gets.
Why They Work on a Rooftop
Breadboards are communal food. They're designed for sharing, for conversation, for hands reaching in and grabbing another piece. That energy matches the rooftop — open air, open sky, open table.
We've watched first dates share breadboards and turn into regulars. We've watched families celebrate birthdays around a loaded board. We've watched groups of friends order three of them and turn a Tuesday into a night they'll talk about all week.
The Secret Sauce (Literally)
We rotate seasonal toppings and house-made sauces throughout the year. The base stays consistent — quality bread, quality meats, quality cheese — but the seasonal additions keep things fresh for regulars who visit every week.
Ask your server what's new on the breadboard this week. They'll know.
Come Hungry
Breadboards are best enjoyed with an empty stomach, good company, and no rush. Grab a rooftop table, order a round of drinks, and let the board do the rest.
We'll see you up there.
