What is FAR?
Fremont Adventure Recreation is a Canon City non-profit dedicated to building and maintaining over 70 miles of multi-use trails throughout Fremont County and the Royal Gorge Region.
From world-class mountain biking at Oil Well Flats to scenic hikes through Temple Canyon, FAR's work makes our region one of Colorado's best outdoor destinations - driving tourism, improving quality of life for locals, and preserving our natural heritage.
Their 1% for Trails program partners with local businesses who commit 1% of their sales to trail development. It's a direct investment in the community that makes Canon City great.

Since opening in 2024, Rooftop Social has been a proud 1% for Trails partner. We believe the trails and outdoor spaces that make Canon City special deserve our investment.
Together with our sister restaurant, Whitewater Bar & Grill, the Epic Adventures family has helped fund 70+ miles of singletrack and counting. Both businesses are committed to this program for as long as we're in business.
